MORNING IN PERSON CLASS WILL RESTART SOON ON THE TERRASSE.in English & French - 75 mns (60 ns if you want to leave earlier, it s okey let me know) Come and join for 75 mns of Vinyasa Class in Campo de Ourique, in Organic Flow Studio; located 5 mns from Estrela Park / 10 mns from Rato. (See full description on other classes: Vinyasa is a dynamic Yoga focusing on the breath and moving according to the breath in a nice fluid flow). The studio is fully equipped. Come 5 mns before, bring a small bottle of water and a little towel if it s a really warm day or if you know you re sweating easily. Payment on-site: Single class: 12 euros, more options available if you want to come more frequently.
