The Om Room is a gently lit, cork lined 40m2 space, providing a relaxing and recharging environment, where regular yoga classes, meditation sessions and a variety of healing practices are held.

Tuesdays // 09:30h - 10:30h
Informed by Embodied Flow TM, this authentic flow class uses a combination of Hatha based asanas, creative sequencing & free movement set to music. Instead of focusing on the 'perfect' form, the classes are process-oriented enabling students to engage in flow with an awareness of their body's own unique expression. All levels welcome.
Tuesdays // 19:00h - 20:00h
A dynamic Hatha Yoga class (
It’s a dynamic practice with focus on alignment, breath, movement, flow and awareness of the body and its own limits. Adapted to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Wednesdays // 19:00h - 20:00h
Join the dynamic Power Flow class which improves the strength and flexibility of the whole body. Breath and movement are connected to create a rhythmic movement flow to improve awareness and increase the energy level.
Thursdays // 09:30h - 10:30h
Yin Yoga is a journey of self-exploration both on a physical and mental level. It is a slow-paced style of yoga where āsanas (postures) are held for longer periods of time and are mainly floor based. Yin Yoga works the tendons, ligaments and fascia tissues and works as a gateway to enter deeper meditative states, allowing you to connect with the deeper layers of your being.
All level welcome
Fridays // 09:30h - 10:30h
Inspired by the fluid transitions of Vinyasa Flow, this class combines breath with movement in a dance of the asanas.
Expect a meditation in movement with some longer holds for a deeper stretch and increased body awareness.
There are always variations offered and you’re encouraged to honour your body as it is in each moment.
All of them are firm believers in the balancing, energizing and empowering benefits of yoga.
Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to yogi masters.
