Yoga - Vinyasa Flow incl. Pranayama (at Jardim da Cerda da Graça)

Stretch your mind and your body - with a Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation . .
A mix of flowey and longer held asanas - you ll move from one pose to the next, working your whole body and challenging your mind. Movements will engage all major muscle groups, help deepen your stretches and at the same time practice one pointed focus to reclaim some headspace :)
Yoga includes Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation.
The aim of Yoga is to learn to still the mind, not engaging in the stream of thought. Therefore at the end we will have a brief meditation.

--> please sign up and if you can t make be respectful and sign out in time (!); spaces are limited due to the Pandemic.
????As always have compassion and patience with your body. It is always good to challenge ourselves but at the same time be attentive to your body s personal boundaries
????Please let me know in advance if you have any injuries; I always give options for all levels. You choose if you want to make it more powerful or gentle
????Bring your own mat and any props you might need

????Sign up at least a day before the class and please be respectful and cancel if you cannot make it.
???? My little dog might join. He is an older soul with a young heart, friendly and curious ;) You re welcome to bring your dog too if he/she is okay with other dogs (mine is a male)
The class takes place on the top by the stairs, the little "balcony"
(not on the grass). Send me a message and I can send you my number in any case.
